The popular 30's hit musical has landed in Sydney and thanks to Nuffnang we were able to catch a sneaky show.

If you're into a light and easy night with a few laughs and some great song's you'll sing out loud in the car home.
It's the musical renown for the hit songs 'Anything Goes', 'You're the top' and 'I get a kick out of you'. With a gorgeous cast this time around including the gorgeous Caroline O'Connor, who absolutely owned the stage and hit every note perfectly. Other cast members such as Todd McKenny (who can actually dance, really well !) and Claire Lyon taking a break from her role as Christine Daae.
This was my Outfit of the Night that evening and the beautiful opera house made for a gorgeous setting.
There were give aways of Cadbury's new Coco, they were delish!
   
I'd highly recommend to come here for a great night out with a few friends or family, stop by the Opera Bar before hand to get a quality bite to eat or for some pre show cocktails. I couldn't take any photos of the show itself so I think you'll just have to go see it yourself to see just how creative they were with the set and all the costuming.
I'd like to Thank Nuffnang and Anything Goes for giving me the opportunity to see this fantastic show.

Michelle Obama, one of the most powerful women at the moment is a someone who is a constant worker, she is represents her country, her husband she is both a public figure and a mother.  Okay so not everyone is as busy as the first lady but we're all busy in our own senses and we often neglect our skin. I know that my skin goes through trauma around this time of the year. I have very dry skin and my T zone is a war zone at the moment and to be honest I'm really lazy with moisturising. Throughout the busy weeks where you got exams due and work and weekly exercise and a social life, thats where I drop the skin maintenance, thanks to Nuffnang's Product talks I got a chance to redeem myself Often the shower is the only time I get a moment to myself to completely relax and when I can pick up this little number and get both a mask and a wash out of the one product.  Texture The texture of the wash is extremely smooth and a little on the thick side almost like a lotion consistency that comes with the dual use as a wash and a mask. The event was held in Luxe studios in Darlinghurst, at the door of the event we were immediately offered a selection of drinks. The drink that caught my eye was the Dove's personalised "Hair Vitality Drink". 
The drink was this rather light cucumber tasting drink and was actually really refreshing!
At the event we started off by experiencing a 'Color Experience' where all of us entered a room and went through numerous colors and the experiences associated with them. Following the Color Experience we watched the Promotional Advertisement for the new Dove Color Live line featuring Kate's experiences with Color.
From this campaign we realize that color is more than a visual appearance - it reaches out to us in sound, touch, taste etc. etc. But most of all color is a feeling.
Yellow: lemonade, warmth of the sun,
Green: the feel of the grass, smell of fresh herbs,
Blue: cool ocean, wind through our hair,
Red: spice on your tongue, feeling of love,
Color sets moods; it goes beyond what you can see.
Color can reflect us and our personalities, catches our attention, brings confidence and induces feelings both inside and on the outside resonating all throughout us.
After seeing the new promotion for Dove Color we carried onto the next room, which was extremely purple, where a number of well-spoken people provided us with a glimpse of Dove's new Color Therapy line.

From each of these wonderful speakers we discovered the importance of color and how maintaining something simple like your hair color can influence your personality and mood.
We then split off into our own little circles with our own 'Color Specialists' who spoke to us about how each person can reflect a season which furthermore reflects our personality. We learnt this:
Spring: Easily distracted, keen for change, fun loving, excitable
Suits very contrasting bright colors
Summer: Introverted, absorbing, wallflowers, soft spoken
Looks great in silver and muted colors
Autumn: Good listeners, mysterious, independent, attentive
Looks good in deeper shades of colors
Winter: Outgoing, loud, attention seeking, confident
Better in colorful shades however not orange
Our color specialists examined us to figure out our color personalities by comparing us against colors and the way our skin looked against plain white too!

As the night came to an end I was able to meet some great bloggers in an event that I was extremely nervous and anxious about considering I was going on my own. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and amazing, including Danielle of Soborii and Talyssa and Siree of The Hidden Thimble who spoke to me about their own blogs and what they specialise in.
I managed to meet and thank Ida Ong, the Advertising Operations manager of Nuffnang and the wonderful girl who invited me to the event in the first place. I was also able to meet Michelle the Accounts Officer of Nuffnang as well, who expressed that both her and Ida made it all the way from Melbourne just for the event and was going back right afterwards (that's commitment!).
I didn't manage to get a shot of my outfit for the night beforehand because I was in a huge rush coming from work.
But in having a bit of a squiz around I found a photo from another blog from the evening.

This is bliss to anyone that has extremely dry and sensitive skin like me, I've recently been trialing out the Dove Pure Deodorants and I've never been so glad to see the word no.
The four things that Dove Pure lack are in fact some of the major ingredients listings in other popular anti-perspirants and generally cosmetics as a whole that can sometimes cause irritation to peoples skin. What makes Dove Pure stand out is that it's targeted for people like me who often don't know they bought the wrong deodorant until it's too late. Irritation, dryness, itchy-ness and white mark's aren't the cutest and I'm always happy to find a product that can avoid all of these! Using this product it's clear that simple is best, Dove Pure contains all the right essentials nothing more nothing less. The product itself is a light formula that glides on smoothly and smells pretty much like nothing, which is great when you realize later in the day that you don't smell like anything either (in the good way of course!).I've worn Dove Pure on the way to uni and all day at work and come home confident and sweat free. Personally I love it when deodorants are fragrance free because I often feel like, even if it doesn't make any difference, that it really highlights your perfume for the day! Having a fragrance free deodorant means that even if you reapply, you won't clash your 'anti-sweat' smell with your 'i'm amazing' scent, often when this happens you get this weird confusing overbearing smell. One of the best things about Dove, especially for my terrible skin condition, is that the product contains 1/4 of moisturising cream keeping you soft and well nourished for the day.   For a small container it can last you a long time, so if you've got sensitive skin and have a few issues trying to find the it deodorant, I'd give this a go.
